  1. set out a sheet of plastic wrap about 12 inches long
  2. skin and pit your avocado and slice each half lengthwise
  3. Fan out the avocado halves and then set on the plastic wrap to make a circle
  4. Add choice of seafood & veggies in the center of the avocado
  5. Wrap up the plastic wrap & avocado into a ball and twist the plastic wrap until the ball is tight
  6. Pierce the top of the ball with a knife, set on plate and pull the plastic wrap from the ball
  7. Combine mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce. Top with the sriracha mayo, and any other toppings you want and serve with some gluten free soy sauce for dipping
Recipe Notes

The only carbs in this recipe are in the avocado, and possibly sriracha. A medium to large avocado has only 1 net carb.

Be careful with the sriracha, it does have sugar in it. One teaspoon does have 1 net carb.
