Thanks for the great interview! I am older late fifties and have been N ketosis for about two months and not losing a lot of weight but enjoy the mental clarity and less pain! But I am having leg craps and hip muscle cramps, any idea what that could be? Should I quit the diet due to this or is there something I can do?
