A quick and easy very satisfying party appetizer or snack that is ketogenic (keto), Paleo / Primal and low carb.
  1. Cook pepperoni slices on a plate in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, or in a toaster oven for 4 minutes, until pepperoni is slightly browned on the edges.
  2. Let them cool, then spread each with about 1 teaspoon cream cheese
  3. sprinkle with Italian dried herbs, and serve!
