Low Carb Sub Sandwiches

This easy to make low carb, keto 'sandwich' will satisfy your cravings and you'll barely miss the bread!
  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 4-6 ounces sliced roast beef
  • 2 ounces swiss cheese, sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise, divided
  • black pepper & spritz of vinegar
  1. Lay out the romaine lettuce leaves on a plate, spread each with half the mayo. Sprinkle on black pepper and vinegar.
  2. Lay the meat and cheese on each leaf.
  3. Put the two halves together and wrap up with a paper towel, eat immediately.
