Sole Salt Water Recipe

Remember to use good quality salt and consume sole the first day of your change to a keto / zero carb diet! Your adaptation period will go much smoother.

Take 1 teaspoon in 4 ounces water, or increase to 2 teaspoon to taste. Repeat up to 3 times per day. For best absorption take sole on an empty stomach.
