When I first started on this ‘Keto Diet' journey, I was so confused. Luckily there were many nice people to help, but all of the information I needed was basically strewn all over the internet in various places. I even bought books about keto (nutritional ketosis), but some of them were too “sciencey” for me, or they were WAY too basic. I liked the science, but I needed something from a REAL person's point-of-view… someone that has struggled like I have. I also needed detailed instructions, not just generalities…
I struggled for about a year until I hit the sweet spot where I'm now losing weight and feeling AMAZING being on keto. Even though I'm not done with my journey, I just had to get all of this information on how I'm doing this out to you. I felt that this was a slightly new approach to ketosis, since I combined everything that I've learned about health and diet in the last 10 years, including Paleo, Primal, Weston A Price, Nourishing Traditions, with ketosis principles. I was fueled by ketones and wrote a 100 page ebook in about 3 weeks (while maintaining a full-time day job and household)! I believe that this way of eating can help A LOT of people, especially those like me who struggle with metabolic issues.
As part of writing the book, I also put together a Keto Resource Guide that has the collection of links that I've put together over the past year. I'll be adding to this document as I go through this journey with you. And I decided to give it to everyone for FREE, even if you don't buy the ebook.
If you purchase and read the ebook, I would love to hear from you for your feedback. I'm already in the beginning stages of planning a Low Carb Keto Cookbook as my next ebook in a couple months, but if you have other ideas of what you'd like to see, please let me know!
